Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
• Orders placed after 5 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Areas

• We currently deliver across India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and rural regions.
• If your PIN code is not serviceable, our team will inform you within 24 hours of order placement and process a full refund.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities & towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote or village areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or logistics issues beyond our control. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹3000.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is charged for orders below ₹3000.

Packaging and Safety

• All items are packed using eco-friendly and hygienic packaging materials to maintain product freshness and prevent damage.
• We take special care with perishable items (like Ghee, Oil and Honey) to ensure safe delivery.

Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

• If a parcel returns due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability at delivery:
• We will attempt contact for re-dispatch.
• Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Returns Related to Shipping

• If the item received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange a return pickup or offer a replacement/refund as per our Return Policy.
