Please read the following terms carefully before requesting a return or refund.

7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

After the 7-day period, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return, replacement, or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

1. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
2. The product must be in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and seals intact.
3. A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.) must be provided.

Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been tampered with, used, or are returned without proper packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of some of our products, the following are non-returnable:

• Opened food items or spices

• Products that are damaged due to misuse or negligence

• Items returned without original packaging

Return Process

1. Raise a Request
   Email us at contact@organickhetifarm.com  within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your Order ID, product details, and reason for return. Attach clear images if the product is damaged or incorrect.

2. Approval & Pickup
   Once we review and approve your request, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or guide you on how to ship the item back. Please ensure the product is packed safely to avoid further damage in transit.

3. Quality Check
   After receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check. This usually takes 2-3 business days.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item passes our inspection:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, etc.).

• Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

If your return is rejected due to not meeting eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once shipped, the order can only be canceled after receiving and then applying for a return.
